WebOnMind specializes in custom web development, WordPress and Elementor design, and related digital solutions. Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon individually with each client before work commences.
3. Payments and Billing
We do not process online payments directly through www.webonmind.com. All billing, invoicing, and payment schedules are handled directly with clients through independent, agreed-upon manual payment methods outlining project milestones.
4. Intellectual Property and Ownership
We build digital assets for your success. Upon the successful completion of a project and the receipt of all final payments, we transfer full ownership of the final website, design assets, and associated code to you, the client. WebOnMind retains the right to showcase the completed work in our digital portfolio and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
